In order to become a customer of the Clinton Newberry Natural Gas Authority, you will need to come into one of our offices with the following information:
Homeowners

Proof of Ownership - this can be a tax notice, mortgage documents, a deed, etc. showing that you own the property. Rent-to-Own arrangements do not qualify as a homeowner until you can provide definite proof of ownership.

Photo ID and Social Security Card

There is a $75.00 Cuton/Transfer fee which can be billed on your first gas bill.

If you have a past due balance with us, that must be paid in full and the Cuton/Transfer fee will be $95.00.
Renters

Rental Agreement / Lease
- Photo ID and Social Security Card
- There is a $200.00 refundable deposit required without proof of ownership. This is applied to your final billing and any credit left is refunded to you.
- There is a $75.00 Cuton/Transfer fee required which can be billed on your first gas bill.
- If you have a past due balance with us, that must be paid in full and the Cuton/Transfer fee will be $95.00.
Businesses
- Rental Agreement/Lease or Proof of Ownership of the property. Without proof of ownership there is a $200 refundable deposit required.
- There is a $75.00 cuton/transfer fee that can be billed on your first invoice.
