CNNGA partners with Online Utility Exchange to conduct soft credit checks to establish identity and Customer Deposit level.  Online Utility Exchange will reference information with other partner utilities and Experian.  Soft credit checks do not have a negative impact on your credit score.  If you do not receive the best score possible, you will receive a letter with instructions on how to improve your score.  Please note that utility results are not based on the same data as other consumer loan results.
