After much review and comparing systems, we have gone live with our new Billing and Customer Service system.  This has been an intensive labor but we are excited about the opportunities.  Please visit our new Customer Web Portal and let us know what you think.  Set your communication preferences and update your account information.  Set up a bank draft from a checking account, savings account, or credit card.  We will release other options as our staff becomes more familiar.  This is a learning experience and we appreciate your patience!

The new system is primarily a Utility Billing software.  As such, it has a payoff order on accounts.  You are free to pay extra on your account, but please be aware that any credit will first apply to Gas on your next billing.  After that, any credit remaining will apply to Sales Taxes (if applicable, Residential service is exempt from sales tax).  Then comes installment payments.  So if you have an appliance and pay extra, it may not all apply to the principal.
